- When Will My Order Be Shipped?
All orders are processed and usually shipped within 24 hours, the majority via UPS during regular business hours Monday-Friday. Orders received on Friday, Saturday or Sunday are processed the next Monday.
- How Long Does It Take To Receive My Order?
Please allow 5-7 business days to receive your merchandise via standard ground. Rural route areas may also take an additional 2-3 days for delivery. UPS guarantees Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air or 3-Day Select deliveries only. Standard ground shipment times are estimated and if you have a special deadline to be met, please let us know and we will try to expedite your order as soon as possible. Express/Priority shipping is available (see Express/Priority shipping).
- Holiday Season Shipping:
During the holiday season, 2 weeks prior to December 25th UPS guarantees only Next Day Air deliveries.
- Express/Priority Shipping:
Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air and 3-Day Select are available and the weight and package size dimensions determine the shipping rate. These charges can only be determined after receipt of your order, after we are able to weigh and measure your package. We will contact you advising your shipping charges.
- Free Shipping Policy:
All products marked as "Free Shipping" are shipped free within the Continental USA via UPS ground. NO HIDDEN FEES.
APO/FPO orders are ineligible for free shipping as UPS does not deliver to APO/FPO postal codes.
- Checking Order Status & Tracking Number :
To check order status or to retrieve your tracking number please include your order number or to whom it was shipped to with the complete shipping address and contact us via email at: blockbuster@earthlink.net
- Hawaii & Alaska Shipping:
Shipments to Hawaii and Alaska are shipped by UPS usually within 24 hours during regular business hours Monday-Friday. Orders received on Friday, Saturday or Sunday are processed the next Monday. We will notify you as to the exact shipping charges upon conformation of your order.
- APO/FPO Shipping:
Shipments to APO/FPO are shipped via United States Postal Service within 3-5 business days. We will notify you as to the exact shipping charges upon conformation of your order. There is a $7.50 handling fee per order.
- International Orders:
Because customs policies vary widely from country to country and we have absolutely no control over product once it leaves U.S. territories, we do not accept international orders.
